You are strictly prohibited from using the names “Happ” or “HProxy”, or any similar variations that may cause confusion in the name, description, domain, interface, or promotional materials of your own service, product, or application. You may not claim, imply, or present that Happ or HProxy is your personal app, service, or property. Any use of the Happ or HProxy name or branding requires prior written permission from the rights holder.

The App contains no paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. All functionality is available free of charge.

Since the App is provided free of charge and contains no paid features, a refund policy is not applicable.
